The PRESIDING OFFICER (Mr. Zachary BROWN) called the meeting to order at precisely (4:05pm)

Mr. O’NEIL took roll call. [See: Attendance list is attached.]

Mr. BROWN summarized the meeting’s agenda and without objection the agenda and previous meeting’s minutes were approved.

Mr. Brown Moved into Executive Business


Mr. Brown gave his presidents reports

Mr. Brown Yielded to VP for Financial Affairs, Ms. Stafford

Ms. Stafford gave her report

Mr. Brown moved into Committee Reports


Mr. Brown Yielded to Student life

Mr Brown advised that the financial affairs were the only committee to meet in the previous week

Mr. Brown Yeilded to Mr. McIntyre

Mr. McIntyre yielded to representatives from:

NAMI on Campus

Physical Education Major’s Club

Mr. McIntyre yielded to questions

Mr. Brown closed discussion on Committee Reports and moved into Unfinished Business

Mr. Daugherty informed students about his “poop sheet”

Mr. Daugherty informed students about the email situation and other activities which University Affairs is dealing with

Mr. Brown moved for SB S 2010-02 to be considered

Ms. Koneval made motion

Ms. Cullen made 2nd

Vote passed unanimously

Ms. Twyford talked about her hoops for Haiti idea to help raise money for Haiti

Ms. Koneval moved to discussion

Mr. O’Neil endorsed the idea, and questioned who the money would go to

Ms. Twyford advised that it would be handeled most likely by the red cross

Mr. Daugherty asked for clarification of the use of such funds

Mr. Johnson advised that over 30% of money raised goes to administrative costs

Ms. Twyford advised that the Ad Hoc committee could look into the different options of donating including to church missions

Mr. Brown sought motion to crreat Ad Hoc Committee

Mr. Brown determined that he could create Ad Hoc Committees with executive ultimate power

Ms. Twyford took names of representatives who would like to participate in Ad Hoc

Mr. Brown took motion to close discussion

Andrea Demark introduced herself as the new Jambar reporter
